The Las Vegas Thrill will return to Major League Volleyball in 2027 after pausing operations for the 2026 season, opening a 26-match schedule against the Omaha Supernovas on Jan. 7 at Lee's Family Forum. The team announced the schedule Friday, beginning with a two-game homestand before a four-match road trip and a Jan. 31 home return against the Dallas Pulse. Most home matches are slated for 6:30 p.m., with additional broadcast details and start times to come later.
"The schedule is here and the countdown to the Vegas Thrill's return is officially on," new owner Michael Landier said. "We can't wait to welcome our fans back to Lee's Family Forum for a spectacular season of Major League Volleyball."
Coach Rachel Morris said the schedule release and upcoming organized team activities signal momentum for the franchise and the league. "We have been strategizing and planning for the return of the Thrill and professional volleyball at Lee's Family Forum," Morris said. "I am so excited to be in the gym with our athletes and staff to officially start training and developing a team that makes our fans and community proud."
Morris added that the sport is experiencing significant growth. "Volleyball is having more than a moment, and to be part of it at this level is something I never take for granted, and I know our athletes feel the same way. We are fired up to bring the most thrilling game back to Vegas."
