Beazer Homes has introduced solar panels as a standard feature at Verona, its new-home community within the 3,600-acre Lake Las Vegas master plan. The builder is currently the only one in the resort community to include solar with every home, a move designed to offset household energy use and lower monthly utility costs for buyers from day one.
“Beazer is bringing something different to Lake Las Vegas by making solar part of the home from Day One,” said Patrick Parker, president of Raintree Investment Corporation, the community’s developer. He noted the feature gives buyers another way to consider long-term value alongside the design and lifestyle the development offers.
Beyond solar, Verona homes incorporate additional energy-efficient elements throughout the structure. The two-story floor plans range from three to five bedrooms with 2½ to 3½ baths and span approximately 2,252 to 2,942 square feet, featuring open-concept living areas, spacious kitchens and flexible spaces for work or entertainment.
Residents have access to the broader Lake Las Vegas amenities, including a private 320-acre lake, walking and biking trails, Reflection Bay Golf Club, the Lake Las Vegas Sports Club, and dining and shopping at The Village. The community is located a short drive from the Las Vegas Strip.
