Summerlin provides variety of home options

The Summerlin master-planned community continues to provide a wide range of residential options across its more than 22,500 acres, catering to buyers at every stage of life. Two distinct areas illustrate the breadth of choices: The Peaks village, home to Ascension by Toll Brothers, and the village of Summerlin Centre, home to The Loughton by Toll Brothers.

The Loughton features low-maintenance, jewel-box-style condominiums ranging from 1,003 to 1,370 square feet with one to two bedrooms and one to 2½ baths. Priced from the mid-$400,000s, the gated neighborhood offers two-story elevations with modern and contemporary designs, attached or detached garages, and a planned private pool. Its location provides a short walk to Downtown Summerlin's shops, restaurants, and events.

At the higher end, Ascension by Toll Brothers has two remaining collections with three two-story floor plans. The Crestline collection offers homes from 4,783 to 4,998 square feet with ceilings up to 22 feet, five bedrooms, and five baths, priced from approximately $1.85 million to over $2 million. The gated neighborhood includes a resident-exclusive clubhouse with pools, pickleball courts, a fitness center, bike paths, and a bicycle repair station.

Now in its 36th year of development, Summerlin offers more than 120 floor plans across over 20 neighborhoods in seven distinct villages and districts. The community includes more than 300 parks, 200 miles of trails, 10 golf courses, 26 schools, Roseman University College of Medicine, Summerlin Hospital Medical Center, a public library, performing arts center, and multiple houses of worship.

Downtown Summerlin provides fashion, dining, entertainment, Red Rock Resort, and office buildings, while City National Arena serves as the Vegas Golden Knights' practice facility and Las Vegas Ballpark hosts the Las Vegas Aviators. All amenities are set against the backdrop of Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area.
