New landlord buys Southern Nevada industrial buildings for $190M

Washington, D.C.-based Artemis Real Estate Partners has acquired two industrial buildings in North Las Vegas’ Apex Industrial Park for a combined $190.4 million, according to property records. The deal closed last month with Artemis paying $118.2 million for one building and $74.2 million for the other. Together, the warehouses span 1.2 million square feet along Interstate 15, roughly 20 miles northeast of the Las Vegas Strip.

The seller, developer VanTrust Real Estate, previously leased both buildings to DHL. The package-delivery company operates the facilities as a contract logistics provider for an unnamed client. VanTrust executive vice president Keith Earnest confirmed the sale and noted that the transaction completes the firm’s exit from the Vantage North campus it developed in Apex. Earnest added that VanTrust is currently looking for new development opportunities in Southern Nevada.
