Breitling received 337 votes, accounting for 44.3% of the total, to finish ahead of Faith Lutheran cross country runner Scarlett Cotrone, who garnered 124 votes (16.3%).

In boys voting, Spring Valley cross country runner Owen Carlson was named the Nevada Preps Boys Athlete of the Week. Meanwhile, Sky Pointe's boys and girls cross country teams successfully defended their Class 5A Southern Region team titles at the meet in Boulder City on Friday.
