Raiders coach Klint Kubiak and quarterback Kirk Cousins spoke to reporters Tuesday as the team prepares to travel across the country to face the New York Jets on Sunday. The game will be played at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, California, and will air on Fox instead of CBS.

The media session comes after the Raiders suffered a 35-21 loss to the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday, marking their fourth consecutive defeat. In each of those four losses, Las Vegas has surrendered at least 30 points.

Following the latest loss, Kubiak said all options were on the table to turn the team's fortunes around. He also noted he did not consider playing quarterback Fernando Mendoza against the Rams, but added, "I think at this point, we're thinking about everything."

The Raiders announced roster moves Tuesday afternoon, releasing defensive tackle Jonah Laulu and activating wide receiver Dont'e Thornton Jr. from injured reserve to the 53-man roster. Meanwhile, rookie guard Trey Zuhn III is healthy and competing for playing time, and wide receiver Jack Bech has had his practice window opened as he returns from a forearm injury.

A review of the Rams game showed the Raiders remain near the top of the league in reaching the red zone but rank among the worst at converting those opportunities into touchdowns. One defensive leader said some mistakes will no longer be ignored as the team looks to snap its skid against the Jets.
