The developers behind the Four Seasons Private Residences Las Vegas announced Monday that sales contracts have been signed for 148 of the project's 171 condominium units, representing more than 85 percent of the inventory and totaling $950 million in sales. The luxury complex, located in Henderson's MacDonald Highlands enclave within the McCullough Range, consists of 24- and 25-story residential towers.
Construction crews have topped out both towers, and glass installation is now underway, according to a news release. The project is being developed by Azure Resorts & Hotels, Luxus Developments, and Two Roads Development, with Suffolk Construction Co. serving as general contractor.
Reid Boren, managing partner of Two Roads, said in the release that the team is "proud of the momentum we've built and excited to see the project continue to take shape as we move closer to delivering an elevated residential experience." Prices for the residences start at $5.15 million.
Residents will have access to amenities including pools with private cabanas, pickleball courts, spa treatment rooms, a golf simulator, and a restaurant from celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck. According to a release late last year, the developers secured $781 million in construction financing for the project.
