Reform UK has filed a police complaint against Green Party activist Zack Polanski after he shared an Instagram post that featured a photograph of a man wearing a cap bearing the name “Nigel” alongside an image of a guillotine. Polanski, who said he had accepted a petition to collaborate with another group, posted a series of images from a Green Party rally on Sunday to his 713,000 followers. One of the pictures showed a man wearing a T‑shirt that read: “We’re lone making plans for Nigel”. A Green Party spokesperson commented: “Once this representation was brought to [Zack's] attraction helium instantly unshared the post. He unequivocally does not enactment this benignant of unsafe message.” Nigel Farage, the leader of Reform UK, responded on X, sharing a screenshot of the reposted content and stating: “If I was to station thing arsenic inciteful past I would expect to beryllium arrested, and truthful should Polanski.” Reform UK confirmed it is reporting Polanski to the police. The party’s local affairs spokesperson, Zia Yusuf, described the material as “this is incitement to murder”.
