Red Rock Resorts announced its highest ever third‑quarter net revenue for Las Vegas operations at $479.1 million, a 2.3 percent increase year‑over‑year, and total revenue of $488.7 million, up 2.8 percent from the same period in 2025. Despite the revenue gains, the parent company reported a net loss of $17.7 million, a swing from a $76.9 million profit a year earlier, largely due to $79.1 million in share‑based compensation and $6.9 million in one‑time anniversary expenses.
Chief Financial Officer Stephen Cootey said the company granted more than $72 million in Class A common stock to every full‑time and part‑time employee as part of its 50th‑anniversary celebration, emphasizing that “our team members should share directly in the company’s future success.”
The Durango casino continues to perform well, having added over 168,000 new customers to its database and increasing spend per visit. Construction of the Durango North expansion is progressing toward a second‑half‑2027 opening, adding more than 275,000 sq ft, 400 new slot machines, a bingo room, a dedicated keno lounge, and a slate of new dining and entertainment venues—including a Chinese restaurant, an Italian restaurant, Moonshine Flats bar with live music, a 36‑lane bowling alley, luxury movie theaters, miniature golf, golf simulators, karaoke and arcade games.
The project’s budget has risen from $385 million to $430 million, but Cootey said the company remains confident in the economics and its goal of a 20 percent return on investment. At Sunset Station, the company plans to open Leticia’s Cocina & Cantina, Sunset Bar and a new state‑of‑the‑art bingo room later this quarter, and will also begin construction on the centerp.
