The Las Vegas Raiders snapped a four-game losing streak Sunday with a 38-33 victory over the New York Jets at MetLife Stadium, evening their record despite a defense that struggled for much of the afternoon. The Jets outgained Las Vegas 276-97 in the first half and finished with 439 yards from scrimmage, building a 23-14 halftime lead behind former Raiders quarterback Geno Smith, who threw for 290 yards and two first-half touchdowns to Isaiah Williams and Adonai Mitchell.

Las Vegas countered with a balanced offensive attack. Quarterback Kirk Cousins completed 19 of 26 passes for 247 yards with three passing touchdowns and a rushing score. Tight end Brock Bowers caught seven passes for 92 yards and two touchdowns, while wide receiver Jalen Nailor hauled in the go-ahead 2-yard score with 11:33 remaining — his first touchdown with the team. Nailor finished with four catches for 38 yards, both season highs.

Special teams provided a crucial spark when rookie running back Dylan Laube returned a second-quarter kickoff 95 yards for a touchdown. The Raiders' defense stiffened late, forcing a pair of three-and-outs in the second half and holding New York to a field goal after a 47-yard completion put the Jets in the red zone. Kicker Matt Gay added a 51-yard field goal in the final minute to secure the margin.

Jets running back Braelon Allen rushed for 147 yards on 21 carries, accounting for the bulk of New York's 166 rushing yards. Defensive end Maxx Crosby recorded his first solo sack since Week 1 for Las Vegas. The win marked the fifth consecutive game the Raiders have allowed 30 or more points, but the offense matched every Jets score until the defense finally made the stops that mattered.
