NetJets, the world's largest private jet company and a Berkshire Hathaway subsidiary, has opened a new 300,000-square-foot campus at Harry Reid International Airport. Developed in partnership with Signature Aviation, the facility will exclusively serve NetJets owners and includes a 17,069-square-foot private terminal with a lounge, VIP conference rooms, and a dedicated family room.
The campus also features two hangars, 250,000 square feet of ramp space capable of accommodating roughly 25 aircraft, and a maintenance facility operating 24 hours a day, year-round. An "Air Operations Area" access gate allows owners to move directly between their vehicles and aircraft without entering commercial terminals or shared areas. One hangar will be operated by Executive Jet Management to serve both NetJets and EJM clients.
The expansion reflects surging demand for private travel to Las Vegas. According to company data, NetJets flights to the city grew 45 percent from 2022 to 2025, totaling nearly 8,000 flights, with demand rising nearly 30 percent further in 2026 compared to the same period last year.
"We invest where our Owners want to be, and we build experiences worthy of how they travel," said Patrick Gallagher, president of NetJets Aviation. He cited Las Vegas' status as a global destination for premier sporting events, entertainment, and luxury hospitality as key drivers of travel surges throughout the year.
The Las Vegas terminal joins a network of exclusive-use private terminals NetJets has developed with Signature Aviation in Dallas, Palm Beach, and Washington, D.C.
