A memo from recruiting firm Korn Ferry prepared for the Las Vegas Raiders during a recent coaching search was unsealed Tuesday as part of Brian Flores' discrimination lawsuit against the NFL, according to ESPN.

Flores, who is Black, filed suit against the league, the Denver Broncos, New York Giants and Houston Texans in February 2022, alleging the NFL was "rife with racism" in its hiring practices for Black coaches. Coaches Steve Wilks and Ray Horton later joined the lawsuit.

According to the report, Flores' lawyers say the Raiders memo contains multiple examples of racial stereotypes that NFL teams use when evaluating Black coaching candidates.
