Williams also entered not‑guilty pleas to eleven additional offences, which include four further attempted‑murder counts linked to separate stabbings in Peterborough and east London that occurred before the train incident. The alleged attack took place on 1 November aboard the LNER service running from Doncaster to London King’s Cross. Shortly after the train called at Peterborough, the 18:25 service was diverted and halted at Huntingdon, where Williams was arrested after multiple 999 calls were made from the carriage.
