TikTok personality Bryce Hall, 27, appeared in court Tuesday on one count of felony coercion constituting domestic violence and a misdemeanor count of domestic battery. The charges stem from a July 27 incident at a Las Vegas home Hall previously shared with his ex-girlfriend, Marie Palafox, according to a Metropolitan Police Department arrest report.

Palafox told police she had returned to the residence to retrieve belongings, including a Roomba robot vacuum. The arrest report states Hall blocked her from taking the device, leading to an argument. Witnesses told police Hall grabbed Palafox, walked her to the front door, and threw her onto landscaping rocks, causing small scratches.

Palafox left the residence and called 911. Police said the arrest report indicates Palafox secretly recorded audio of the confrontation, capturing her telling Hall to "go ahead and slap her," to which Hall allegedly responded, "I'm not going to hit you. I am going to grab you." Police attempted to contact Hall in August but received no response.

Hall, who has more than 22.8 million TikTok followers and rose to fame as part of the Sway House collective, was arrested in September and released on his own recognizance. Justice of the Peace Nancy Bernstein ordered him to have no contact with the alleged victim.

Defense attorney Frank Coumou said Palafox was trespassing at Hall's home and refused to leave, calling that the basis of the alleged domestic violence. Coumou said his client is eager to defend himself in court.
