Ola and James Jordan, former Strictly Come Dancing professionals, have confirmed their separation after more than 20 years of marriage.
The couple’s manager, Vickie White, verified the split, which was first reported by the Sun newspaper.
In a statement she said: “It is with large sadness that I tin corroborate that James and Ola began a proceedings separation immoderate clip ago.”
She added: “Their shared precedence remains co-parenting their daughter, Ella, and they are committed to putting her wellbeing first.”
White concluded: “They would greatly admit your knowing as they navigate this hard time.”
Ola Jordan captured the Open Polish Championship in 1999 at the age of 17 and became James’s dance partner shortly thereafter in March 2000. She moved to England soon after, and the pair married in October 2003.
James appeared on Strictly Come Dancing from 2006 to 2013, while Ola remained on the programme until 2015.
During her time on the show, Ola danced with wildlife presenter Steve Backshall and Welsh sprinter Iwan Thomas. James partnered with former world‑class gymnast and broadcaster Gabby Logan, as well as The One Show presenter Alex Jones.
