Residents of Grangetown and South Bank need to feel safe in their own homes after a deadly crash and fire claimed lives in the past week, according to Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council leader Alec Brown. "But I can guarantee the people of Grangetown and South Bank – they're as important to me as a people from any other authority in the borough and we're working tirelessly to guarantee that they feel safe in their own houses."
