Migrants seen swimming around border fence of Spanish enclave Ceuta

Hundreds of migrants entered Spain's North African enclave of Ceuta, many swimming and using inflatable devices to cross from Morocco, while others slipped through a breach in the border fence. Juan Jesús Vivas said "the number of arrivals has been overwhelming resources and urged the Spanish authorities to intervene."
