Ramirez was serving a sentence of 180 months to life with the possibility of parole after being convicted of lewdness with a minor and attempted sexual battery against a victim younger than 16. According to a Las Vegas police arrest report, he admitted to having sexual contact with the victim and wrote an apology letter. Ramirez entered the prison on December 5, 2025. His next‑of‑kin was notified of his death.
