Thousands of people are now staying in government shelters. As of Sunday, much than 1 cardinal people have been affected by the rain, according to officials. Twenty‑eight of the 51 deaths reported so far have been in Cox's Bazar, which hosts more than a million Rohingya refugees, the world’s largest refugee settlement.
