The North Las Vegas City Council approved selling city-owned property for almost nothing to the real estate firm as part of a broader plan to pump more commerce into the city.

Developer Agora Realty & Management acquired approximately 15.8 acres of city‑owned land on Civic Center Drive, just north of Lake Mead Boulevard, for $1,575, according to records. The transaction with the city of North Las Vegas closed in July.
