CareTrust REIT prices $509M common stock offering

Las Vegas, NV - CareTrust REIT has successfully priced a $509 million common stock offering. The company will issue approximately 5.5 million shares of its common stock at $92.50 per share. Proceeds from the offering will be used to fund future acquisitions and other business purposes.
