Greenbow Park opened in the Aries master‑planned community near Lake Mead and Lake Las Vegas parkways, on the former Three Kids Mine that supplied manganese to the U.S. government from 1917 to 1961. The park offers views of the Strip, a large field, playgrounds, a shaded picnic area, four pickleball courts and a paved loop trail.

Aries spans more than 1,100 acres and will contain over 3,000 homes. The redevelopment covers 1,146 acres, with 410 acres identified as the impacted former mine area. Cleanup costs were estimated at about $257 million for contaminants including arsenic, lead, petroleum hydrocarbons, dioxins and asbestos. Developers fronted the cleanup and will receive 85 percent of tax revenue for the first 25 years and 80 percent thereafter, and, according to Henderson’s director of redevelopment Anthony Molloy, all remediation work is complete with no environmental contamination remaining.

Pulte Homes is selling houses in Aries priced between $300,000 and $500,000, and the PulteGroup‑owned Del Webb brand plans to begin sales in 2027.
