A’ja Wilson’s availability for Sunday’s Aces‑Toronto Tempo matchup in Vancouver is listed as questionable due to a back injury.
The four‑time MVP has missed only 11 regular‑season games over her career. She sat out three contests in early July after sustaining an ankle injury in an awkward fall against the Chicago Sky, and was rested two weeks ago alongside other Aces starters in the second game of a back‑to‑back versus the New York Liberty.
The latest issue does not appear to stem from an in‑game incident.
Without Wilson, Las Vegas holds a 1‑2 record this play, sitting just a half‑game ahead of the Atlanta Dream and one game ahead of the Indiana Fever in the standings. The Aces also lost the Commissioner’s Cup final to the Liberty without Wilson; that result does not affect the league standings.
Wilson leads the WNBA in scoring at 25.9 points per game and in blocks at two per game.
Las Vegas previously defeated Toronto 109‑83 on Aug. 6 in Toronto, with Wilson contributing a game‑high 26 points, six rebounds and four assists.
