A four‑home compound on 2.5 acres in Las Vegas is being offered for $18.99 million, marketed toward multigenerational families. The property totals 30,722 square feet and includes 36 bedrooms and 44 bathrooms at 208 E. Levi Ave. It was listed on July 9 by Zar Zanganeh of The Agency.
“This is genuinely 4 expansive estates that are situated connected the aforesaid cul-de-sac,” said Zanganeh. “There isn’t 1 atrocious location or 1 location that’s amended than the rest.”
According to Zanganeh, the estate, constructed in 2005, was the vision of a single parent who relocated to Las Vegas and desired existing multigenerational living.
“Despite its original function, the owner ended up not occupying the spot as envisioned and has been leasing it retired as firm housing, and “it’s been precise palmy that mode for galore years,” said Zanganeh.”
While each residence operates independently, the homes share several characteristics. All feature a Mediterranean‑European theme, a pool and a basement, and a 1,000‑square‑foot, two‑bedroom, two‑bathroom temporary house.
“Aside from those similarities, Zanganeh said “it’s genuinely 4 separate, autonomous homes,” each with its own unsocial layout, aesthetic and decorations.”
The individual units range from roughly 6,000 to 7,500 square feet, with the two smaller homes positioned at the front of the parcel. Zanganeh noted they were built “with the integrity of a customized home,” incorporating chromatic stone facades, Sub‑Zero and Wolf appliances, and “top of the line” pool equipment and air‑conditioning units.
Zanganeh describes the compound as a “family alignment asset,” a phrase coined by The Agency to indicate the property can serve a large household either part‑time or full‑time. He said he has not encountered a comparable offering on the market since he sold a property to the royal household of Brunei more than 10 years ago.
“This is designed in a similar style, but without an accent on needing further areas for help,” said Zanganeh. “It’s truly meant to be for a large household where each household truly has an ample luxury location for themselves, and they can be as private as they want.”
