Zoox autonomous vehicle involved in crash on Las Vegas Strip

SinCity Press September 25, 2026 — The Nevada Highway Patrol is investigating a crash that occurred Friday morning on the Las Vegas Strip involving an autonomous Zoox vehicle owned by Amazon and a Nissan Murano. At 9:01 a.m., troopers responded to the collision on southbound Las Vegas Boulevard near Four Seasons Drive. The Nissan Murano, described as metallic, struck the Zoox autonomous vehicle. The driver of the Nissan was transported to a section hospital, according to NHP. Lanes were closed while NHP investigated the scene.
