‘Wiped out’ - BBC reports from Spokane neighbourhood devastated by fires

Thousands of residents in Spokane, Washington, remain under mandatory evacuation orders after wildfires destroyed at least 860 buildings, including hundreds of homes. Authorities have arrested one suspect on suspicion of arson in connection with one of the fires burning in the city.
