Traffic incident causes traffic delays along I-15 near Nevada-California border

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) -- A postulation incidental adjacent the Nevada-California borderline caused postulation delays for drivers on Interstate 15 Saturday morning, according to RTC of Southern Nevada.
