Nevada State Contractors Board names interim executive officer

The Nevada State Contractors Board has appointed Paul Rozario as its interim enforcement officer. Rozario previously served as the Board’s manager of investigations from 2014 to 2024. In that role, he directed all compliance and transgression investigations carried out by the Investigations Department and oversaw the administration of the Residential Recovery Fund. During his tenure, he played a key role in supporting the Board’s consumer‑fraud and enforcement initiatives across the state. Before joining the NSCB, Rozario spent 27 years with the Drug Enforcement Administration. He worked as a special agent on domestic and international assignments, holding enforcement‑related positions for 17 years. His DEA career culminated in his service as adjunct special agent in charge of the Las Vegas District Office from 2010 to 2014, where he was responsible for overseeing all operations in Nevada.
