Neon City Festival announces star-studded lineup for free concerts

The Southern Nevada entertainment calendar continues to heat up this fall with a free downtown Las Vegas music festival, a regional Mexican music concert at T-Mobile Arena and a free bluegrass festival in Henderson.

Neon City Festival returns for its third edition Nov. 20‑22, 2026, with headliners Fat Joe, Kaskade, Marshmello, Subtronics and The Fray, organizers announced Thursday. The free, all‑ages event is presented in partnership with the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority, Fremont Street Experience and Audacy. It will once again span the Fremont Street Experience’s three stages and the Downtown Las Vegas Events Center, creating a five‑block open‑air footprint in the heart of downtown. Additional headliners and a full lineup will be announced in the coming weeks. Festival CEO Jeff Victor said, “There’s thing similar the vigor of Neon City Festival, and this year’s headliners are conscionable the beginning,” and added, “From physics creation euphony and alternate stone to hip‑hop and timeless favorites, we’re excited to invited an unthinkable radical of artists to downtown Las Vegas.” Fat Joe, born Joseph Antonio Cartagena, is a Grammy‑nominated Bronx rapper whose multiplatinum hits include “Lean Back,” “What’s Luv?,” “Make It Rain” and “All the Way Up.” Kaskade is a Grammy‑nominated electronic‑music DJ and producer known for tracks such as “Atmosphere” and “Disarm You.” Marshmello is an electronic artist who has amassed billions of streams with global hits including “Happier,” “Silence” and “Alone.” Subtronics is a Philadelphia‑based dubstep producer and DJ recognized for explosive live performances and frequent festival slots. The Fray is a Denver alternative‑rock band whose catalog features “How to Save a Life,” “Over My Head (Cable Car)” and “You Found Me.” Separately, Sinaloan stars Chuy Lizárraga and Julio Preciado will bring their El Chou U.S. tour to T‑Mobile Arena at 8 p.m. Sept. 13. The Las Vegas stop is part of the 13‑date El Chou de Chuy Lizárraga and Chuy Lizárraga y Julio Preciado tour, with special guest Luis Ángel “El Flaco” also slated to perform. Lizárraga, originally from Mazatlán, Mexico, brings more than 32 years of professional experience to the stage, including 22 years as a solo act in regional Mexican music. Preciado, also a Mazatlán native, rose to fame as vocalist for La Original Banda El Limón and later as lead vocalist of Banda El Recodo. El Flaco, another Mazatlán native, launched his solo career in 2020 after serving as a cornerstone of Banda Los Recoditos for over a decade. Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. via axs.com. Henderson Bluegrass returns for its third year on Oct. 17 at Water Street Plaza from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. The free, family‑friendly showcase will feature live performances by Sister Sadie, Authentic Unlimited, East Nash Grass, The Cody Sisters, Kristy Cox & Grasstime, Tray Wellington Band and additional artists.
