Rick Kern of Incline Village wrote on July 22, 2026 at 9:00 p.m. that Nevada’s top Democrats are resisting scrutiny of the state’s voter rolls. He identified Senators Catherine Cortez Masto and Jacky Rosen, Secretary of State Cisco Aguilar, and Attorney General Aaron Ford as the officials defending the integrity of the rolls. Kern expressed outrage that they refuse to comply with a national petition seeking verification, beginning with the 8,576 voters whose data allegedly matches known undocumented immigrants. He pointed out that Cortez Masto’s 2022 re‑election victory came by a margin of just 7,928 votes after she trailed on election night. Kern argued that Nevadans deserve transparency, stating that either Aguilar and Ford are correct—and federal agencies are mistaken—or they are hiding election fraud. He concluded that the situation is straightforward to assess, noting that the officials are “protect” elector data.
