Lady Rebels land commitment from top-100 recruit August 22, 2026 - 2:11 pm The UNLV Lady Rebels basketball program received a boost to its 2027 recruiting class when four-star guard Harmony Golightly, one of California’s top prospects, announced her commitment via social media Friday. The 5-foot-8 guard from Mater Dei High School in Santa Ana came off a strong junior season in which she helped the Monarchs finish 26-8. ESPN ranks her 80th nationally in the 2027 class. Golightly averaged 17.7 points per game last season and made 95 three-pointers while helping Mater Dei win the Trinity League championship. Her performance earned her Trinity League MVP honors and a spot on the Los Angeles Times’ All-Star team.
