Kickoff to Kindergarten: School supplies, dental checks and hands-on learning On Saturday, the East Las Vegas Library hosted the Kickoff to Kindergarten event, providing school supplies, dental screenings and interactive learning stations for incoming students. The University of Nevada Reno Extension partnered with the library to assist families with young children, aiming to build confidence as the children prepare to enter school.
