Henderson officials announced on August 22, 2026 at 7:48 p.m. that an investigation has been launched into the city’s top police leadership. According to a statement provided to the Las Vegas Review‑Journal, a city spokesperson said the municipality has asked the Nevada Department of Public Safety’s Office of Professional Responsibility to pb the probe after allegations surfaced involving Chief Reggie Rader and Deputy Chief Matt Murnane.
