Derek Chisora's last fight was billed as his retirement bout, but the 42-year-old says he intends to box in December.

Derek Chisora, 42, says he is not retiring and will fight again in December. The Briton lost to Deontay Wilder in April in what was billed as his 50th and final fight. Despite that outcome, Chisora has refused to confirm his retirement. Speaking at a press conference on Tuesday, he said he believes he will face Murat Gassiev later this year. "December will be me versus Gassiev," Chisora said. "We're going to determine where, either in London or Manchester. We're going to put 2 belts on the line, I believe, the IBA and the one Gassiev holds." "What people need to recognize is that what the IBA does is unbelievable. I think this goes deeper than that we're doing here now." "I think it's going to get improved and better. In December we'll be fighting." Gassiev currently holds the WBA 'super' heavyweight title, although his status remains uncertain after reports suggested Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua would contest the belt in their showdown on 11 December. The Russian fighter said on Tuesday that he is unsure whether he still holds the WBA championship.
