Brother didn't match description of 'Putney pusher', suspect's sisters tell BBC

The sisters of Nicholas Brandram, the man identified as a suspect in the alleged “Putney pusher” case, told the BBC that their brother was innocent and accused police of showing “no urgency” to wide his name. Speaking on BBC Radio 4’s Today programme, Alexia Hicks and Sophie Voelcker described the Metropolitan Police’s response as “negligent and reckless.” They said Brandram was found dead on Tuesday evening, adding that his family believed he “took his own beingness after months of immense pressure” caused by the investigation. The sisters also noted that his “intelligence wellness” deteriorated following his arrest and questioned why investigators had not carried out DNA tests that could have proved his innocence.
