British cyclist Tarling dies in Volta a Portugal accident

British cyclist Finlay Tarling, aged 19, has died following a serious crash during the eighth stage of the Volta a Portugal. Tarling, the younger brother of Ineos Grenadiers rider Josh, had represented Great Britain in both road and track competitions.
