1 year ago More than 350,000 Canadians faced power cuts in Southern Ontario as an ice storm moved through the region over the weekend.
Footage shows ice-coated trees, parks and homes in Orillia, a city that declared a state of emergency on Sunday because of the storm.
City officials described the situation as "very serious".
