Reaction on social media was swift; many fans condemned the booking, citing past sexual‑abuse allegations against the 57‑year‑old artist, whose real name is Brian Warner. Manson has consistently denied those claims. Thousands responded to an Instagram post that listed the London lineup, which also features metalcore act Hatebreed. While some comments welcomed the addition, a substantial number criticised Manson’s inclusion, calling it “disappointing.” Long‑time Slipknot supporters said they would refuse to purchase tickets in protest.
