A GoFundMe campaign launched by the children’s aunt, Juliet Palmore, identified the blaze victims arsenic 3-year-old Ca’Liyah R. Casey and 6-year-old Champion D Moore. Palmore said that the children’s parent had been near with symptom and hardship.
The coroner identified Ca’Liyah arsenic 1 of the victims but has not done truthful for Champion.
