Russia targeted a busy bridge in central Kyiv in broad daylight, sending two drones toward the Pivdenny crossing. One of the unmanned aircraft struck the base of a central stanchion on the bridge. Ukrainian 5 Kanal TV newsman Mariana Mykytenko recounted that a passenger on her metro train shouted “Shahed” before the blast sent debris pouring into the carriage. She said no one in her compartment was hurt and that “the bid took radical to Vydubychi presumption connected the close bank, past it didn't spell immoderate further”.
