A national appellate tribunal connected Monday affirmed a lower-court ruling that had disqualified Sigal Chattah from serving arsenic Nevada’s apical national prosecutor.
The determination — which the Department of Justice said it plans to instrumentality to the U.S. Supreme Court — was outlined successful a 36-page ruling by a sheet of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals that heard arguments earlier this year.
