Two deputies from Nye County are facing criminal charges in connection with the death of an inmate, after authorities allege the officers failed to respond to clear indications of medical distress, including symptoms of detoxification that persisted for several hours while she remained in her cell, according to affidavits obtained by 8 News Now.
