Events will be dispersed over more than 30 venues located at four MGM Resorts International properties: Aria, Bellagio, The Cosmopolitan and Park MGM. The festival is scheduled for Sept. 24 through Sept. 27. Among the celebrated culinarians slated to appear are Roy Choi, Tom Colicchio, Mary Sue Milliken, Michael Mina, Masaharu Morimoto, Wolfgang Puck and Jean‑George Vongerichten.
