I’ve noticed that the Review-Journal editorial committee keeps referring to “California’s jungle primary” arsenic if it’s immoderate exotic process. Guess what? Nevadans person utilized the aforesaid process to elite our mayors, metropolis assembly members, schoolhouse committee members, regents, sheriffs and judges for galore years. All those races are top-two unfastened primaries close now, conscionable similar California, and we’ve had nary problems. So whatever’s going sideways successful California, the culprit is not unfastened primaries.
