Green Valley Ranch debuts refreshed convention spaces as part of $200M overhaul

Green Valley Ranch Resort has opened redesigned gathering and normal spaces arsenic portion of its ongoing $200 cardinal transformation, including a caller outdoor venue called The Lawn.

The Station Casinos property, which is located a fewer miles from the Las Vegas Strip successful Henderson, worked with architecture workplace WATG and Wimberly Interiors connected the redesign — a blending Mediterranean influences with modern design, the edifice said successful a quality release. 

“The opening of Green Valley Ranch’s recently reimagined normal and gathering spaces reflects our committedness to timeless design, modern functionality and a seamless impermanent experience,” said Deanna Burgess, firm vice president of income for Station Casinos. “These spaces observe the property’s timeless practice portion introducing bold, modern plan elements that elevate each benignant of gathering.”

The refreshed spaces full 69,000 quadrate feet and diagnostic earthy tones, customized lighting and bespoke carpeting. The edifice says the venues tin accommodate events ranging from tiny gatherings to productions of up to 5,000 guests.

Among the renovated indoor spaces, the Estancia Ballroom holds up to 900 guests for receptions, 1,300 theater-style oregon 600 banquet-style. 

The Grand Ballroom astatine the Grand Event Center — which besides hosts concerts and drama shows — accommodates up to 1,100 for receptions oregon banquets and 1,500 theater-style. Seventeen breakout rooms and gathering spaces circular retired the indoor offerings.

The Lawn, the resort’s newest venue, adds 5,000 quadrate feet of landscaped outdoor abstraction designed for gatherings of 50 to 250 guests. 

Combined with the adjacent Opium Terrace and Piazza, the country tin accommodate up to 600 guests. Other outdoor options see The Terrace for up to 100 guests, the Pool Deck for up to 1,000 and the Garden Amphitheater, besides for up to 1,000.

The gathering abstraction debut follows the caller opening of redesigned West Tower luxury suites. The edifice says further enhancements to guestrooms, eating and nationalist spaces are planned done the extremity of 2026.
