BBC Panorama has seen documents and spoken to former midwives from Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust.

In the aforesaid letter, different midwife was reported to person advised colleagues to get large women, who had arrived disquieted they were going into labour, to spell location with the advice: "Don't beryllium excessively kind, she'll support coming back."
