A Clark County man’s property is suing Ross Dress for Less and Juicy Couture aft an allegedly defective merchandise led to his death.

The property of Jude Anthony Sanchez filed a suit against Ross Dress for Less and Juicy Couture, which is owned by Authentic Brands Group, alleging a defective measurement stool led to his death.
