CCSD staffer faces child abuse charges after slapping special needs student in Henderson: Police

Julia Martinez-Ebner, 44, a Clark County School District employee, was arrested on child abuse charges after allegedly striking a special needs student at a Henderson elementary school. According to an LVMPD arrest report obtained by 8 News Now, the student first slapped Martinez-Ebner’s look, prompting her to slap the student in return. The Clark County School District Police Department took her into custody.
